Nurse but still the daughter of my father with dementia

I am a full time nurse. I have been caring for my father for 5 years.

He was battling cancer but is now the issue is Alzheimer's disease. My mother is also mentally ill. She has major Depression, Obsessive compulsive disorder and an attention seeking disorder.

I was wondering if there are any nurses on this blog and if they can give me any tips on how to not lose the daughter role while still being able to be the primary care giver.
