Kitchen chair for Aging Parent

We are looking for a comfortable kitchen chair with a padded back and seat and arm rests for my mother-in law.

She has the fifty's style metal chair with vinyl upholstery and likes that look.

Do you have any suggestions as to where we can find a good kitchen chair for her.
