Difficulty urinating with Parkinson's Disease

My father in law lives with us and he Parkinson's disease.

The problem is that he has an erection nearly all the time and when he trys to urinate he pees all over everything, because his bladder holds a liter or more sometimes.

He can't sit on the commode because of the erection.

I've tried pushing down on it to aim it at the commode and he cant pee that way.

His nurse tried to put a catheter in him, but couldn't because of the erection.

Is there anything out there that would help us with this problem?
