Best Lightweight Transport Chair

Can someone advise as to which transport chair is lightweight but good?

It is hard on my back to lift the 25-pound one we have. I have spent hours researching them online. The ones with hand brakes are heavier.

Does anyone know of a very lightweight one that is good? Has anyone used the "Hi-fortune"? It weighs 21 pounds, the info says, and it looks like the anti-tip wheels in back would make me trip.

Is there one that is only about 15 pounds but safe for my parent?
