91 year old Aunt

My aunt is 91 and until a month ago was paying bills, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc and then she was getting bad headaches and we went to emergency room twice with this.

They said it was blood pressure so we went to her doctor who put her on stronger medications and it worked until she started seeing people in her house.

She lives alone and she would not sleep because she was seeing these things all night.

We took her back to hospital and they put her on stc ward and it has been 12 days and nothing has changed.

I am all she has and don't know what to do please help.
